Schedule:

About Us Dental Studio of Pine Lake is a 100% locally owned, family-run, fee-for-service private practice in La Porte, Indiana. Since opening in November 2024, our practice has continued to grow rapidly thanks to our commitment to exceptional patient care and an incredible team. As a fee-for-service practice , our focus is on providing high-quality, individualized care rather than corporate-driven volume or quotas. We believe in giving our clinical team the environment and support they need to provide the level of care our patients deserve. Our beautiful 4,000 sq. ft. office was designed from the ground up with both patients and our team in mind. We believe in investing in our people, advanced technology, continuing education, and creating an environment where our team genuinely enjoys coming to work. Our two doctors have each been practicing dentistry for over a decade and are both Fellows of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) . They have completed extensive advanced continuing education across all areas of dentistry, including implant dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive patient care . Our team benefits from working alongside doctors who are passionate about clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and sharing their knowledge. And, of course, we have Benji, our Chief Snuggle Officer , who brings a little extra joy to the office every day! There really is nothing like a Goldendoodle cuddle to brighten smiles. The Opportunity We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time schedule. We are currently seeking 1-2 days per week and are open to negotiating which days work best for the right candidate. As our practice continues to grow, there is also potential for this position to transition into a full-time role if desired.

Benji, our mini Goldendoodle, is always available for morale support! About the Role We're looking for a hygienist who takes pride in providing thorough, compassionate care and enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients.
Responsibilities include:
Preventive and periodontal hygiene care Periodontal charting and oral health assessments Digital radiographs Patient education and oral hygiene instruction Use of intraoral imaging and other advanced technology Collaboration with our doctors and clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Current Indiana Dental Hygienist License CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia certification preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Experience is appreciated, but finding someone who is the right fit for our team and culture is just as important to us.
