We're looking for a caring, skilled hygienist to grow with us. About Us We're a busy, fully digital general and restorative practice with a friendly, professional team. Our patients count on us for quality care, and we count on each other. What You'll Do Provide prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing Perform oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting Apply fluoride and place sealants Review and update medical histories at every visit Take and review digital radiographs Document findings and treatment in paperless records Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care Schedule recall and maintenance visits Maintain and sterilize instruments Pitch in with sterilization or the front desk when your schedule allows What You Bring Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Active Massachusetts RDH license and current CPR certification Local anesthesia certification preferred, not required Working knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards Comfort with digital radiography and paperless charting Strong clinical skills with a calm, friendly, professional chairside manner Organized, detail-oriented, and steady in a fast-paced office What We Offer Competitive pay Health and dental insurance (full-time) 401(k) / retirement plan Paid time off Flexible scheduling Employee discount Easy access by public transit

Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

7 or 8 AM

PM Tuesday:

7 AM
