Registered Dental Hygienist - Part-Time Boston Post Dental & Implants | Sudbury, MA We're looking for a wonderful Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Boston Post Dental & Implants! We are a private dental practice in Sudbury with a close-knit team and a patient base that truly feels like part of our practice family. Many of our patients have been with us for years, and we're looking for someone who enjoys getting to know their patients, building relationships, and providing the kind of care they would want for their own family. We are currently looking for a part-time hygienist to join us on Mondays and Tuesdays . If you're an experienced hygienist looking for a few consistent days each week or a newer hygienist looking for a supportive practice where you can continue to grow, we'd love to meet you.

Position Details Part-time position:

Mondays and Tuesdays $58-$68 per hour, based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern technology and digital workflows Established patient base Opportunity to grow and learn within the practice Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform periodontal charting and assessments Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed Educate patients and help them feel comfortable and confident about their oral health Identify and communicate periodontal and restorative concerns Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols Work alongside our doctors, assistants, and administrative team to provide the best possible experience for our patients Qualifications Current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical and communication skills Professional, dependable, and organized Compassionate and patient-focused Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience is always appreciated, but we're also happy to meet newer hygienists who are excited to learn and grow with a practice Benefits for Eligible Employees 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid Sick Time Life insurance Critical illness/wellness benefit insurance Continuing education reimbursement Family dental benefits If you've been looking for a dental office where you can provide great care, build real relationships with your patients, and genuinely feel like part of the team, we'd really love to hear from you.
