Why This Opportunity Stands Out $50•55/hour competitive pay Established, tenured team with low turnover Structured 60-minute new patient appointments Stable, growing practice adding additional days Positive, collaborative work environment About the Practice Warm, family-oriented general dentistry office Tight-knit, supportive clinical team Focus on patient relationships and quality care Efficient workflow with clearly structured appointments What You'll Do Provide full-scope hygiene care, including: Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance X-rays (including FMX), probing, and charting Partner closely with the dentist during comprehensive new patient visits Support a smooth, efficient patient flow Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care Who You Are Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility) Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists Positive, team-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working Fridays as part of a full-time schedule Experience with SoftDent or paper charting is a plus (not required)

Schedule Monday-Tuesday:

8:00 AM•6:00

PM Wednesday-Thursday:
