(including anesthesia training) Seeking NC-licensed Hygienist to work a full-time 4 day schedule in our dental office in Henderson, North Carolina. (No Weekends) RHG offers a competitive salary, and full-time employees are eligible to participate in the following insurance plans: medical, dental, life, short term disability, long term disability. The company pays a significant amount towards medical insurance premium. We also offer a 403(b) retirement plan, with a company contribution that starts immediately. REQUIREMENTS
  • NC Dental Hygienist License
  • Ability to work independently; excellent teamwork skills
  • Must be able to provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a potentially stressful environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding when carrying out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to use good judgment in carrying out responsibilities
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective, professional relationships with patients, providers, coworkers, superiors
  • Knowledge of modern office equipment, Microsoft Office software, and dental practice management systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Applicants who may serve in a translating capacity will be required to take a language assessment. EOE. Federal and State Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screen required for all positions. Influenza vaccine is also a condition of employment.
