Our team is committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare in a friendly, patient-centered environment and pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and well-cared for. The ideal candidate will be a part of a team that works closely to provide comprehensive oral health services while maintaining the highest starts of patient care and safety.

THIS POSITION IS FOR PART-TIME IN THE SUMMER AND WILL BE A FULL-TIME POSITION IN SEPTEMBER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophy treatments
• Conduct periodontal evaluations and scaling/root planning procedures
• Take dental radiographs using digital sensors and utilizing dental AI to confirm findings
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain detailed patient record and treatment documentation using Dentrix (or similar)
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to optimize patient care, treatment planning and scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Current RI dental hygiene license in good standing
• CPR certification required
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort and safety
