Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an After-Sales Service Technician specializing in Dental Medical Equipment (DME). In this energetic role, you'll be the frontline expert ensuring that dental clinics and healthcare providers operate seamlessly by providing top-tier maintenance, repair, and technical support. Your hands-on mechanical skills and technical knowledge will drive customer satisfaction and equipment longevity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced dental technology, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver exceptional service that keeps smiles shining bright! Also we sponor H1B. Diagnose and repair a wide range of dental medical equipment, including imaging devices, sterilizers, and delivery systems, ensuring optimal performance. Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and calibration procedures to accurately troubleshoot issues. Install new equipment on-site, ensuring proper setup and calibration according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. Maintain detailed service records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. Conduct on-site field service visits to provide timely support directly at customer locations. Use hand tools and specialized diagnostic equipment to perform precise repairs and adjustments on complex dental devices. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Experience working with OEM parts and understanding manufacturer-specific procedures. Proficiency in using CMMS software for service documentation and scheduling. Skilled in equipment repair, calibration, and maintenance of DME (Dental Medical Equipment). Familiarity with computer hardware components related to digital imaging or control systems within dental devices. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Hands-on experience with field service operations, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance using hand tools.
