Position Overview As a Solidex Polishing Technician , you will play a crucial role in our production team by completing the fine post-processing and polishing steps for dental prosthetics. Because our products are small, highly detailed, and custom-crafted, a strong eye for detail is essential to upholding our high standards. No prior experience is necessary! We provide comprehensive, paid training—including specialized hands-on training in Polishing and Quality Control (QC)—to ensure your success and set you up for advancement opportunities within the business.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)

Shift Bonus:

Additional $100.00 shift differential bonus per paycheck while assigned to 2nd shift hours (

Note:

This bonus applies only while working the 2nd shift schedule and will no longer apply if transitioned to day shift in the future) . Key Responsibilities Perform precise hand-finishing, contouring, and high-shine polishing on dental prosthetics using Solidex materials. Use bulk polishing machine to polish multiple units at a time. Participate in specialized Quality Control (QC) training to rigorously inspect finished products for completeness, accuracy, and defect-free standards. Ensure all finished pieces strictly meet custom design specifications and dental standards before final approval. Maintain organized documentation and quality tracking logs. Share responsibility for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace. Represent CreoDent professionally and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture. Perform other post-processing and laboratory support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in dental laboratory work, fine detail handwork, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required .

Skills & Mindset:

Outstanding attention to detail and patience for fine-scale handcraftsmanship. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn dental anatomy and specialized finishing terminology. Strong critical-thinking, organizational, and quality-minded problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and consistency.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, sit, or bend for extended periods during shift operations. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift at least 15 lbs. No consideration will be given without a resume.
