We are looking for a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our growing, fast-paced dental laboratory team. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish, using your technical expertise and attention to detail to create quality removable dental prosthetics. You will work alongside a collaborative laboratory team committed to quality, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes. Job Summary The Dental Laboratory Full Technician is responsible for all major stages of full and partial denture fabrication, including tooth setup, waxing, wire bending, processing, finishing, polishing, repairs, and relines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish, strong craftsmanship and attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish. Set denture teeth and complete denture wax-ups. Bend wire for removable dental prosthetics. Process, finish, and polish dentures according to laboratory quality standards. Perform denture relines and repairs. Fabricate occlusal rims and custom trays. Inspect completed cases for accuracy, quality, fit, and finish. Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, accuracy, and turnaround times. Serve periodically as Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence. Follow OSHA guidelines and dental laboratory safety procedures. Cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory. Collaborate with laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace. Perform other laboratory duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Professional experience fabricating full and partial dentures from start to finish. Hands-on experience with denture setup, waxing, processing, finishing, repairs, and relines. Ability to successfully complete a hands-on dental laboratory bench assessment. Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented dental laboratory environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain quality and productivity in a fast-paced laboratory setting. Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during normal laboratory business hours. Preferred Qualifications Same-day denture experience. Experience with full and partial removable prosthetics. Knowledge of dental laboratory safety standards and OSHA compliance. Experience working across multiple areas of a dental laboratory.
