General Dentist/Pediatric Dentist in Northwest Arkansas Centerton, AR 72719 Part-time Part-time Tooth Squad Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and motivated General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in Centerton, Arkansas on a part-time basis (1-2 days per week). Whether you're an experienced provider or looking to expand your pediatric skills, you'll receive mentorship and clinical support from our experienced pediatric dentists. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and dental examinations to diagnose oral health issues. Perform various dental procedures, including dental extractions, restorative work, and preventive care. Provide specialized care for pediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience for children and their families. Maintain accurate medical records using Denticon software, documenting patient history and treatment plans. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of U.S. accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program; will consider General Dentists with 2 or more years experience treating children Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
