We're looking for an experienced endodontist who loves doing great work and wants steady case flow plus real support to do it. Why you'll love it here Strong, fast earnings (Independent Contractor) Earn 45% of production See 8-10 patients a day, averaging over $1,000 per tooth Paid on your last 2 weeks of production. No 3-month lag. Steady, reliable case flow We already have a strong bench of endodontists across our offices, which means referrals and case volume are well-established and consistent. You'll step into a proven pipeline of patients ready for treatment — not build one from scratch. A team built around you Skilled assistants and front office staff aligned to keep you productive, supported by daily training and weekly leadership meetings. Collaborate with experienced GPs and specialists across periodontics, oral surgery, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry — senior doctors are always on hand for case discussions and second opinions. Technology that saves you time CBCT, intraoral cameras, AI-assisted radiographs, and automated clinical notes — with continuous investment in modern tools. What you bring DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a certificate in endodontics, an active California license, full-scope endodontic skills, and strong clinical judgment and patient communication.
