POSITION OVERVIEW

Mission-driven outpatient dental opportunity serving pediatric and adult populations along California's Northern Coast Join a collaborative, team-based dental environment focused on high-quality patient care and strong clinical support Practice comprehensive dentistry with mentorship, integrated workflows, and access to specialty resources

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL

Outpatient-only dental practice Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts available Team-based clinical support structure Integrated care and quality-focused environment

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and routine dental care Handle routine and complex procedures including molars and extractions Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff Refer complex pediatric cases internally as needed Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $183,000 - $225,000 annually $15,000 sign-on bonus $10,000 relocation reimbursement Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility $5,000 annual professional expense card for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment Laptop and cell phone provided Spanish language differential pay available

Requirements:

DDS or

DMD REQUIRED

Active California dental license or ability to obtain

REQUIRED

Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patient populations

REQUIRED

Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred Mission-driven approach to community healthcare

REQUIRED

Team-based and collaborative clinical mindset
