About Us Clean Smiles Dental is looking for an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Lancaster, CA! We're committed to creating a welcoming experience for every patient while providing high-quality dental care in a supportive, team-focused environment. Our Treatment Coordinator plays an important role in helping patients understand their recommended care, feel confident in their treatment decisions, and navigate the financial and scheduling aspects of their treatment. What You'll Do Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements Help patients understand the value and importance of completing recommended treatment Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled and outstanding treatment Coordinate treatment scheduling to create a smooth experience for patients and the clinical team Verify insurance coverage and help patients understand their estimated financial responsibility Collect payments and maintain accurate financial documentation Communicate closely with doctors, clinical team members, and front office staff Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and customer service Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Help keep the schedule productive by proactively following up with patients and filling treatment opportunities What We're Looking For Previous dental treatment coordination experience required Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment plans Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial options with patients Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident, professional, and compassionate when presenting treatment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy dental environment Team-oriented attitude with a focus on providing an exceptional patient experience Schedule Full-Time | Weekdays If you're an experienced dental Treatment Coordinator who enjoys connecting with patients, helping them move forward with the care they need, and being an important part of a collaborative dental team, we'd love to hear from you!
