Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care across a broad range of services, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality. The Licensed Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treatment planning, and executing dental procedures while adhering to all regulatory and safety guidelines. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient examinations, including oral assessments and medical history reviews. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery techniques. Conduct dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, restorations, crowns, bridges, and other prosthodontic treatments. Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret radiographs accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical records standards. Apply aseptic techniques to ensure infection control during all procedures. Educate patients on oral health care practices, preventive measures, and post-treatment care instructions. Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient care delivery. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, techniques, and industry best practices. Experience Valid state licensure as a Dentist with a focus on general dentistry; additional certification or experience in pediatric dentistry or oral surgery is preferred. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Demonstrated experience in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is highly desirable. Prior experience working in a dental clinic or dental office setting is required. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and HIPAA compliance. Experience performing dental fabrication procedures and utilizing medical imaging equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
