In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles through precise diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and compassionate patient communication. Duties Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing dental diagnosis and medical terminology to develop personalized treatment plans Execute specialized treatments such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants with precision and aseptic technique Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results to support accurate diagnoses while adhering to infection control standards and HIPAA regulations Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care Maintain detailed medical records and documentation of procedures in compliance with state healthcare regulations and medical documentation standards Communicate effectively with patients about treatment options, procedures, post-care instructions, and preventive care strategies Skills Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis processes Experience performing dental extractions, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns/bridges), orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and implant placement Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient education and reassurance Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques for restorations and prostheses Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and state healthcare regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal adherence Join us as a Dentist where your expertise will help create healthier smiles while advancing your professional growth in a supportive environment committed to excellence!
