Description New London Dental Care - New London, CT We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our team at New London Dental Care in New London, CT . This is a part-time opportunity working two days per week in our New London office . We are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate dental care to children in a welcoming and supportive environment. If you are passionate about pediatric dentistry and enjoy building relationships with young patients and their families, we would love to hear from you. Schedule Part-time position Two days per week Based at our New London, CT office Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's individual needs Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient office operations Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care Skills & Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Valid Connecticut dental license Pediatric dentistry certification or specialization preferred Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team Requirements
