Part-time, Full-time Job Title:
Associate Dentist Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various dental procedures, possess excellent patient care skills, and work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional dental care.
Duties:
  • Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
  • Maintain accurate patient records using CAD software and Eaglesoft
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment
  • Provide prosthodontic services including crowns, bridges, and dentures
  • Conduct patient assessments and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Assist in oral surgery procedures when necessary
Experience:
  • Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution
  • Active state dental license in good standing
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation
  • Experience in oral surgery , endodontics , and prosthodontics
  • Familiarity with managing medical records and utilizing digital record systems like Eaglesoft
  • Strong focus on infection control practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathetically interact with patients
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Continuing education in advanced dental techniques
