Job Description

Tampa Smile Co - Land O'Lakes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of private practice experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions. Conduct routine oral examinations to ensure patients' oral health is maintained. Develop treatment plans for patients' dental needs. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and treatment options. Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all patient confidentiality requirements. Keep up-to-date with advances in dental technology and treatment methods. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. Active license to practice Dentistry in the state. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental practice setting. Excellent clinical skills and ability to perform general dental procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate patient records. Up-to-date knowledge of dental technology and treatment methods. Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
