We are looking for someone who is: warm, confident and highly organized bilingual English/Spanish with excellent verbal communication and proper grammar excellent on the phone comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial options skilled at presenting treatment and helping patients move forward with recommended care able to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments strong with follow-up, collections and treatment coordination experienced in dental front office operations proficient in Dentrix This is a key position for someone who can take ownership of the front desk, build trust with patients, and confidently close treatment while maintaining a professional, caring approach. Dental experience required.
