Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with expertise in various general dentistry procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with great patients alongside a passionate team in a professional and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive dental care while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, and extensive surgical treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, medical imaging, and healthcare diagnosis methods to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing dental wellness. Requirements Valid dental license in good standing with the appropriate state licensing board. Proven experience in general dentistry within a clinical or dental office setting; experience with dental office management systems such as Dentrix is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards. Proficiency in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, implants, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Familiarity with medical documentation processes including medical records management and healthcare diagnosis documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and team members; client communication skills are essential. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare compliance requirements. Experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technology is advantageous. $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
