Job Description

Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Ottumwa, Iowa ! What is a community health center (FQHC)? The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details:
Hours:
flexible within the clinic hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Sees on average 12-15 patients per day Provider team includes: 6 dentists, 1:1 dental hygienist ratio, & 1:1 dental assistant ratio

Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary :
$150,000-$245,000 annually depending upon experience + production incentive opportunities. Sign-on or relocation bonuses negotiable.
