This is an exceptional opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, high-performing office with the technology, patient base, experienced team, and systems already in place for you to succeed. Why Our Practice? Our office is designed to allow dentists to focus on dentistry and provide exceptional comprehensive care. We have an extremely strong hygiene program, and our dentists do not perform hygiene. This creates a consistent flow of restorative and comprehensive treatment while allowing doctors to focus their schedules entirely on doctor-level care. Our technology-driven practice features CBCT/3D imaging, intraoral scanning, 3D printing, AI-assisted diagnostics, and modern digital workflows. We perform nearly all phases of dentistry in-house and emphasize comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning rather than simply treating one tooth at a time. General Dentist Opportunity Monday-Thursday | Full-Time $800 daily guarantee or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater $250,000+ earning potential We also provide an annual CE allowance , established patient base, strong hygiene-driven restorative flow, and an experienced clinical and administrative support team. Our practice is PPO and fee-for-service only , privately owned, with the owner dentist working onsite. No corporate or DSO environment. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a confident, motivated general dentist who takes pride in delivering excellent dentistry and wants to continue growing clinically. 3+ years of experience preferred , with comfort in comprehensive restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and comprehensive treatment planning.
