Job Description

The Kids Dentist is seeking a highly motivated person to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who is energetic, friendly, passionate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to interact and provide excellent customer service and patient care to our wonderful patients and their families. At The Kids Dentist, we seek team members who are as passionate as we are about working together to drive better life outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time position
Role Summary:
Be a leader in the office and guide the team members to follow company policies and objectives. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses including administrative activities directly related to providing services. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with executive members, or staff members. Establish and maintain excellent relationships and communication with the team and patients. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Assign job duties and prepare work schedules for clerical staff. Partner with the Director of Operations to ensure the integrity of collecting all forms of payments in the clinic. Report financial collections daily and review monthly. Order and distribute office supplies and navigate other operational expenses. Perform administrative tasks which may include maintaining or overseeing calendars and schedules for staff and patients. Resolve patient complaints.
Experience & Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
