Dentist / Dental Therapist -
General DentistryLocation:
Multi-location role within the Portland/Gray area
Job Type:

In PersonKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive general dental care and develop individualized treatment plans.

Diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions.

Perform restorative and preventive procedures.

Evaluate occlusion and develop comprehensive treatment approaches.

Perform or participate in advanced procedures based on training and experience.

Provide implant-related treatment and restorative care as appropriate.

Perform crowns, onlays, veneers, Invisalign, and other comprehensive restorative procedures as applicable.

Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral health, and long-term dental care.

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and team members.

Review diagnostic records, imaging, photographs, and other clinical information to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other members of the dental team.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Clinical Environment & TechnologyThe practice utilizes modern dental technology and diagnostic tools, which may include:

Dental implantsFull-mouth restorative casesPorcelain restorationsVeneersInvisalignCrowns and onlaysAdvanced occlusal casesQualificationsRequiredActive dental license or appropriate state licensure eligibility.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional, patient-centered approach.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical setting.

Willingness to receive feedback and participate in continued professional development.

PreferredSeveral years of clinical dentistry experience.

Experience with comprehensive or advanced restorative dentistry.

Experience with dental implants.

Experience with Invisalign.

Familiarity with CEREC or other CAD/CAM technology.

Knowledge of advanced occlusal concepts.

Experience managing complex treatment plans.

Candidates who do not have experience with all of the advanced procedures or technologies may still be considered, as training and mentorship are available.
