Daily Minimum Guarantee:
$800 / day base guarantee for the first 90 days.
Collections Percentage:
32% - 35% of collections (uncapped earning potential based on individual production).
Lab Fees:
0% associate responsibility on preferred labs. Benefits & Perks Package

Structured buy-in pathway for interested associate candidates. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dentistry care including diagnostic exams, restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Formulate personalized, long-term treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Maintain clean, accurate, and prompt clinical documentation within our electronic management system.
Lead and collaborate effectively with clinical assistants, hygienists, and front-office team members. Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
Licensure:
Active Minnesota Dental License in good standing.
Certifications:
Active DEA registration and Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS certification.
Experience:
1+ year experience preferred. Confident, skilled new graduates or
GPR/AEGD
graduates are welcome to apply!
