Brand-new, two-chair school-based dental clinic located on a middle school campus, serving students in grades K-12 and school district staff.

No call. After-hours needs are handled through an emergency referral line.

Compensation & Benefits:

$160,000-$200,000 base salary with a straight-salary model and no production, collections, or encounter-based risk.

$12,000 annual bonus paid quarterly at $3,000 per quarter and tied to attendance and quality metrics.
