Job Description

Rural Health Group Dental - NC Licensed Dentist Salary range ($140K-$155K) based on experience and
SIGN ON BONUS!
Relocation allowance, continuing education allowance, loan repayment! Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the following insurance plans: medical, dental, life, short term disability, long term disability. The company pays a significant amount towards medical insurance premium. We also offer a 403(b) retirement plan, with a company contribution that starts immediately. Rural Health Group, located in scenic northeastern North Carolina, seeks a General Dentist committed to providing excellent quality oral health care in our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics. Dentist will work at our Jackson, NC dental office (copy/paste this URL to see map: goo.gl/maps/jwANju3WzwyRDRLm6 ). At least one year of experience or residency is strongly preferred; new graduates will be considered. Each location has six operatories with state-of-the-art dental equipment including digital imaging. We use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. Mix of adult and pediatric patients. Schedule for dentists is typically four 10-hour days per week Successful candidates will demonstrate the Rural Health Group Core Competencies, which include: Good Judgment Communication/Customer Service/Teamwork Passion Honesty Responsibility Job-Specific Skill Set RHG is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center dedicated to serving the region's underserved through: 15 Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine offices, OB/GYN office, Pediatrics office, and School Based Health Center Program [Outpatient only FM/IM;
OB/GYN & PEDS
have hospital privileges and call] 3 dental offices [general dentistry/all ages] 3 in-house pharmacies, 340b pharmacy program Integrated Behavioral Health [Psychologists and LCSWs]
Case Management, Care Managers Community-Based Outreach Program:
Migrant/Seasonal Farm Worker, Health Education, Insurance Outreach… As a Community Health Center, we see anyone - all ages, all backgrounds - with special emphasis on the underserved We serve people of all insurance statuses: NC Medicaid, NC Health Choice, private insurance, and the uninsured. We seek individuals committed to a rural practice with the desire to establish roots in the community. Dentist would most likely live in Roanoke Rapids area or possibly Rocky Mount area.
