About the Practice The practice is a large, thriving, privately owned dental office in Toms River, New Jersey. It is a family-run, private group practice environment, offering absolute clinical autonomy to our doctors without corporate DSO intervention. The state-of-the-art facility features 19 fully equipped operatory chairs and is built with the latest advanced dental technology, including digital workflows and advanced imaging. They are currently seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our clinical team. This position steps into an immediate, highly active patient schedule due to a departing associate and an owner doctor who is scaling back clinical hours. The owner doctor will remain on-site and is fully available to provide structured clinical mentorship, case collaboration, and professional guidance.

Earning Potential and Patient Volume Immediate Patient Volume:

The practice averages 250 new patients per month, ensuring a consistently full chair schedule and rapid diagnostic opportunities.

Production Potential:

There is a proven, realistic opportunity to produce over 1 million dollars per year at this location.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation is structured as a daily guarantee of 650 dollars to 900 dollars per day for the first 90 days.

Long-Term Compensation:

After the initial 90-day transition period, compensation transitions to a recoverable draw against a percentage split.

Production Split:

The provider earns 30% to 35% of adjusted production, which is calculated based on collectable production. Schedule and Hours This is a full-time position designed to meet high patient demand. The required schedule includes working two Saturdays per month, alongside a weekly schedule that incorporates at least one morning shift and at least one evening shift.
