GENERAL DENTIST WANTED
Permanent Practice Ownership Opportunity or Part-Time Associate Position
An established private general dental practice in the Wappingers Falls/Fishkill, New York area is seeking a qualified General Dentist (DDS / DMD). We are offering a unique permanent practice ownership transition pathway or a flexible part-time associate position 1-2 days per week.
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated dentist who values quality patient care and is interested in building a long-term future in private practice. Candidates interested in practice ownership are especially encouraged to apply.
Available Opportunities
Permanent /
Practice Ownership:
An opportunity for a dentist interested in acquiring an established private practice and continuing its tradition of quality patient care. An associate-to-owner transition may be considered.
Part-Time Associate:
A general dentist position available 1-2 days per week for a candidate seeking part-time employment.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for associate employment is production-based, with a competitive percentage of the dentist's individual production. Specific terms will be discussed with qualified candidates. Practice purchase terms will be discussed separately.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted New York State dental license.
Clinical Skills:
Strong proficiency in general dentistry with a commitment to excellent patient care.
Experience:
Prior clinical experience is preferred, but motivated candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Utilize modern dental technology such as Dexis dgital x-rays to diagnose and treat patients.
Collaborate effectively with our experienced support team, including 2 dental hygienist, office manager and dental assistant.
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient records.
