Job Description

Associate Dentist We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist who values providing high-quality patient care, building strong relationships with patients, and working in a collaborative clinical environment. Our practice is focused on delivering exceptional dental care while providing our providers with the support, resources, and autonomy needed to succeed. We primarily serve fee-for-service and PPO patients, allowing our dentists to focus on comprehensive treatment planning and quality outcomes. This opportunity is available for a full-time or part-time Associate Dentist and comes with a substantial sign on bonus. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive dental care to patients across a variety of general dentistry procedures Diagnose and treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining excellent patient relationships Collaborate with experienced dentists and support staff to provide an outstanding patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow best practices in patient care What I'm Looking For Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Active dental license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Dentist Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing exceptional patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
