Ideal Candidate:

Experience Required:

2-5 years (minimum 2 years ) as a practicing dentist, with a strong foundation in comprehensive care. Patient-first mindset and strong chairside communication Clinical confidence with independent treatment planning Desire to grow toward ownership/leadership
