$210,000-$360,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications We are seeking a Dentist to join a dentist-led, clinician-first team in Johnstown, PA. This opportunity offers clinical independence, flexible scheduling, advanced dental technology, AI-supported clinical tools, strong operational support, mentorship, and significant career growth opportunities. 1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Pennsylvania Dentist license in good standing with no adverse actions. Minimum 1 year of professional dental experience . Required state certifications and credentials must be current and valid. Strong clinical, communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills. Commitment to providing patient-centered dental care. Ability to diagnose, treatment-plan, and manage a broad range of dental conditions. Comfortable using modern dental technology and AI-supported clinical tools. 2. Roles & Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients regarding oral health, procedures, and treatment options. Create a welcoming patient experience that builds patient trust, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated care. Utilize advanced dental technology and AI-supported tools while maintaining current clinical standards and best practices. 3. Bonus & Benefits + SalaryCompensation $210,000-$360,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Experienced dentists may be eligible for compensation above the starting range based on qualifications and overall experience.
