Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Lead General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. As a Lead General Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care while leading clinical operations and mentoring team members. Your expertise in comprehensive dental treatments, combined with your leadership abilities, will ensure our patients receive top-quality services in a welcoming and professional environment. Duties Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and compassion Lead and oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental terminology to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for medical documentation, scheduling, billing, and maintaining accurate medical records Perform oral surgeries and dental extractions while ensuring patient comfort and safety Collaborate with team members on four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies Experience Proven experience as a General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and dental fabrication Demonstrated leadership skills in managing clinical teams within a busy dental clinic environment Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical imaging techniques Proficiency with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft; experience with Dentrix is preferred Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting that emphasizes patient care excellence and operational efficiency Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert care and compassionate leadership.
