The program isn't new — but this chapter is. This military dental program has been serving military members for years under previous contract providers. Now, CMD has the opportunity to support this contract in Texas, and we have big plans for how we want to serve both our military members and our local dental providers. There is value in this contract, beyond helping our National Guard, I will be glad to tell you about it! With services beginning as early as next month , we're working now to build a strong network of Texas providers who are ready to participate. Our goal is to create an experience that is efficient, responsive, organized, and provider-focused — with real communication and a team that understands.

YOUR PRACTICE STAYS YOUR PRACTICE

This opportunity is designed to work alongside the practice you've already built — not take you away from it. Your Clinic. Your Chair. Your Schedule. For this first Texas contract, beginning as early as next month, we are actively looking for: General Dentists (DDS/DMD) with Endodontic and/or Oral Surgery experience Endodontists Oral Surgeons / OMFS Providers perform pre-authorized restorative, endodontic, and surgical treatment based on contract needs. Treatment is authorized through the program, with the CMD team providing support throughout the process.

We assist with provider onboarding, credentialing support, contract communication, scheduling coordination, administrative support, and additional contract opportunities as they become available.
