The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident General Dentist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and building strong patient relationships. This role offers significant income potential, a structured bonus program, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative environment. What You'll Be Doing Conduct thorough new patient exams and periodic evaluations Diagnose and treat a wide range of general dentistry cases Provide restorative and preventive services, including fillings and extractions Perform implant placement procedures Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive strategies Maintain detailed documentation using practice management software (Open Dental) Partner with hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Virginia dental license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong foundation in general dentistry procedures Effective communication and chairside manner Experience with digital imaging and diagnostics preferred Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive earnings with high production potential 401(k) retirement plan Medical, Dental Paid time off Supportive team environment focused on professional growth
