We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice in Herndon, Virginia. With a strong, loyal patient base, an experienced team, and a newly renovated state-of-the-art office, this is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician looking to build a long-term career in private practice with a full time schedule of 4.5 days ( two Saturdays a month ) Why Join Our Practice?  Established practice with a loyal patient base 55-70 new patients every month  Beautifully renovated, modern office with advanced technology  Experienced clinical and administrative team  Immediate production opportunities with excellent earning potential  Mentorship available while maintaining clinical autonomy  Clear pathway to future leadership and partnership Clinical Responsibilities  Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning  Restorative dentistry  Crowns and bridges  Root canal therapy  Simple and surgical extractions  Hygiene examinations  Emergency dentistry  Implant experience is welcomed, with opportunities to expand your skills We're Looking For Someone Who Has a minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in private practice (preferred)  Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry independently  Provides ethical, comprehensive, patient-centered care  Communicates confidently with patients and presents treatment effectively  Enjoys building long-term relationships with patients  Works well within a collaborative team environment  Is interested in growing professionally and becoming an integral part of the practice Compensation & Growth  Competitive percentage of collections
Pay:
$4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per week
