Established Patient Panel:

Step into an established patient panel on day one, seeing an average of 13 to 20 patients per day plus hygiene exams, with the position created purely by continued patient growth

Professional Growth Opportunities:

Practice comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, and Invisalign, with additional procedures based on your comfort and experience, and pediatric treatment available if desired but never required

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:

Average annual earnings of $175,000 to $220,000 and above

Income Guarantee:

$12,500 monthly income guarantee for your first six months while you ramp into the established panel

Production Model:

32% of collections with no laboratory fees charged to the provider

Sign-On Bonus:

$15,000 sign on bonus

Qualifications Degree:

DDS or DMD required
