Essential Job Duties:

• Prepare food in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Keep the work area clean and sanitized.
• Prepare nourishments.
• Prepare juices, milk, water, and other beverages.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Ensure all food is labeled and dated in the refrigerator.
• Assist with tray line.
• Assist the dishwasher in putting away clean dishes.
