Essential Job Duties:
- Prepare food in a safe, sanitary manner.
- Keep the work area clean and sanitized.
- Prepare nourishments.
- Prepare juices, milk, water, and other beverages.
- Maintain daily temperature logs.
- Ensure all food is labeled and dated in the refrigerator.
- Assist with tray line.
- Assist the dishwasher in putting away clean dishes.
