As a member of our dietary services team, you will help create a positive dining experience for residents by assisting with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities:

• Set up tables or other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Prepare meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels, and silverware
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Requirements:

• Food Handlers Permit (or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
