Job Description

Now Hiring:

Full-Time Dietary Cook (Healthcare Setting) We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Cook to join our healthcare team full time. This role is vital in providing nutritious, high-quality meals that support the health and well-being of our patients/residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines Follow special diet requirements (therapeutic, modified textures, allergies, etc.) Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health regulations Work collaboratively with dietary and healthcare staff Assist with inventory, food storage, and portion control as needed

Qualifications:

Previous cooking experience (healthcare, long-term care, or institutional setting preferred) Knowledge of special diets and food safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented ServSafe certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule:
