- DIETARY AIDE! At Norridge Gardens , we believe that great meals are an important part of great resident care. We are looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping others, working with a team, and creating a positive dining experience for our residents, we would love to hear from you! A Day in the Life of a Dietary Aide As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in making mealtimes enjoyable and comfortable for our residents.

Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages according to established procedures. Assisting with meal preparation while following residents' dietary needs and restrictions. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment. Working closely with our dietary team and kitchen staff. Helping create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for our residents. Following food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines.
