Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full Time Nutritional Services Manager / Certified Dietary Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining effective and efficient systems to operate our Dietary department. This position ensures we are providing food service to residents in a cost-effective, safe manner that provides residents the energy and nutrition they need to reach their highest potential. Company Paid Licenses and Certifications Salary Information:
$22.85/hour - $25.85/hour Including $0.85/hour through 09.30.26
Minimum Qualifications:
Current CDM or be a registered dietician One year of experience in a long term care environment preferred One year of experience leading staff The ability to work in a long term care facility as required by regulation Good time management skills Ability to multitask Ability to flex your schedule Job specifications: Determine the personnel requirements for the dietary department to make recommendations for sufficient staff to implement dietary and service policies and procedures. Implement a monitoring system for the dietary and food service department and make recommendations for implementation to assure compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Supervise preparation of menus to meet residents' dietary needs. Assess residents' dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans in compliance with physicians' orders. Supervise the operation of the dietary department. Implement dietary and food service policies and procedures to meet residents' needs and in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
