High school diploma/GED required or in the process of obtaining. Prior dietary experience is preferred. Job duties of this position include, but are not limited to handling stock, preparing and serving food, setting up trays and food service carts accurately and timely, assisting in preparing food, answering phones within the dietary department and serving in the employee cafeteria. This position is also responsible for scraping soiled dishes, properly loading dishwashers, mopping dietary floors, and maintaining required temperature logs.
