Wage does not include attendance incentive
Prepare foods assigned by the Cook, using daily menus; and in accordance with residents' dietary restrictions/therapeutic diets as prescribed by physician.
Assist in preparing foods for special events.
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe kitchen environment.
Store food properly for infection control.
Participate in serving food.
Bus tables during and after meals.
Reset tables for the next meal.
Prepare beverages before meals.
Clean equipment, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer and sinks according to schedule.
Clean/sweep dining area after each meal.
Stack, soak, and run dish machine.
Soak and clean pots and pans.
Put away clean dishes, pots and pans.
Carry out other duties as assigned from the supervisor.

Report on the job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with coworkers, residents, families and visitors.
