Director of Nursing (DON)Luxury Senior Living Campus | Cupertino, CA We are seeking an accomplished Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at a five-star, award-winning luxury senior living campus in Cupertino, CA . This is a high-level leadership opportunity for an experienced RN who understands the expectations of a premier senior living environment and has a proven track record leading nursing operations within a large Skilled Nursing setting. 50+ bed SNF The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on clinical leader who can oversee multiple levels of care while maintaining exceptional standards for resident care, regulatory compliance, clinical outcomes, and team performance. What You'll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Lead and develop a large nursing and clinical team while establishing a culture of accountability and excellence Ensure compliance with California Title 22, OBRA, and all applicable federal and state regulations Oversee staffing, clinical quality, infection prevention, risk management, and performance improvement Lead survey readiness and maintain exceptional regulatory standards Oversee Medicare utilization and clinical outcomes Partner closely with physicians, residents, families, and executive leadership Drive continuous improvement in clinical services and the overall resident experience What We're Looking For Active California RN license and CPR certification Must have previous Director of Nursing experience in a large Skilled Nursing Facility BSN required 6+ years of clinical nursing experience 3+ years of nursing leadership experience Strong knowledge of California regulations and senior care operations Experience overseeing multiple levels of care preferred Proven success leading, mentoring, and developing large clinical teams Strong executive presence, communication skills, and clinical judgment Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, luxury senior living environment Why Join Us Leadership opportunity with a five-star, award-winning senior living campus Competitive salary + sign-on bonus Medical, dental, or cash stipend option Generous PTO + 8 paid holidays Tuition assistance and professional development Opportunity to work alongside an experienced leadership team A culture focused on clinical excellence, resident experience, and continuous improvement This is an opportunity for a proven DON who is ready to lead at a very high level and make an impact within one of the region's premier senior living communities.

Pay:

$170,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
