You will work closely with facility leadership, physicians, residents, families, and nursing staff to maintain strong clinical outcomes and a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading, mentoring, and developing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and nursing leadership Building and maintaining effective staffing strategies Overseeing daily nursing operations and clinical care Monitoring quality measures and clinical outcomes Driving continuous improvement in resident care and nursing regulations Preparing for and responding to regulatory surveys and deficiencies Overseeing admissions, assessments, care delivery, documentation, and nursing procedures Working with Physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary leadership Developing department goals and implementing strategies to achieve them Managing nursing resources and departmental expenditures Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism and compassion. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse and experienced nursing leader who understands the unique clinical and operational demands of skilled nursing.

Qualifications include:

Current Connecticut RN license Strong clinical and nursing leadership experience Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation setting Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, quality standards and best practices excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills DON experience is strongly preferred. However, experienced ADONS, Nurse Managers, Assistant Directors are encouraged to apply!!
