The Director of Nursing / Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health and wellness services while ensuring high-quality, compliant, resident-centered care. This role leads the nursing team, manages care programs and drives clinical excellence across the community. Starting Pay at $110,000

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage resident health, wellness and care coordination Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monitor outcomes Oversee medication management and ensure safe clinical practices Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy and care partners Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness Resident Care Director (RN/LPN) Lead Clinical Excellence and Elevate Resident Care Resident Care Director | Director of Nursing | RN | LPN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership |

Nursing Management Pay Range:
