Participate in administrative decision-making, policy development, and quality improvement projects to elevate care standards. Requirements Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, with a focus on personnel management and leadership. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management. Experience in school administrative or educational leadership roles is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
