Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance nursing services and patient care quality. Oversee staffing schedules, personnel management, and team development to ensure optimal operational performance. Support budgeting processes, resource allocation, and financial oversight for nursing departments. Lead efforts in compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote instructional leadership in clinical practices and education initiatives. Mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of practice. Participate in administrative decision-making, policy development, and quality improvement projects to elevate care standards. Requirements Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, with a focus on personnel management and leadership. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management. Experience in school administrative or educational leadership roles is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
